Although the order and some of the cities that made the list are debatable, there's no doubt that each of these cities see lots of cyclists.

I'm happy to see that Bogotá is included in the list. I'm from Bogotá and use my bicycle to get to work quite often, it is a pleasure to ride the cicloruta that goes almost straight from my home to my office.
