Our standard labor rate is $65 per hour, and most basic services (like flat tire repair, brake adjustments, gear tuning, and wheel truing) are often completed within 24 hours. We stock common replacement parts to keep turnaround times quick, and we’ll always call you before starting any repair that exceeds your estimate. If you’re visiting New Orleans, we can often service your bike the same day so you don’t lose riding time.
When it comes to electric bikes, we proudly service the models we sell — ensuring that any e-bike purchased through RideTHISbike receives expert support and warranty-backed care. Because we can’t guarantee part availability for other online-only brands or discontinued manufacturers, we limit electrical work to our in-house brands. However, we’re happy to perform standard mechanical repairs (tires, chains, brakes, cables) on most e-bikes when compatible components are available.
