A Great Way To Get Around
Renting a bicycle is a wonderful way to see New Orleans. With a wide variety of attractions, bike paths, and scenic trails within a half mile of our shop, you can rent a bike purely for the joy of cycling or for convenient transportation. You’ll quickly find that a bicycle is faster and more flexible for exploring popular areas of the city — plus, no parking tickets, and hotels don’t charge for secure overnight bike parking.
You’re the Boss
Ride at your own pace, wherever and whenever you want. We’re always happy to recommend great places to ride (and will soon offer digital guides tailored for our guests) but the route is entirely up to you. Naturally, you’re responsible for the bike while it’s in your care, so please treat it as you would your own.
Cancellation Policy
Re-Scheduling Options
- Cancel or reschedule for another date within 365 days (subject to availability and blackout dates such as Jazz Fest).
- If you’re not returning soon, you may transfer your booking to a friend — just provide their name and have them call to schedule.
- Unless you purchase our optional cancellation insurance, to receive a refund, you must cancel at least 72 hours before the rental period begins.
Refund Policy
- If you can’t reschedule or transfer, to receive a refund, you must reach us and request the refund no less than 72 hours before the rental time.
- Unless you purchase the optional cancellation insurance, cancellations within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable — no exceptions. The same applies for no-shows.
