What We Service
RideTHISbike provides expert repair and maintenance for most bicycles, from daily commuters to folding bikes and e-bikes we sell. Our certified mechanics handle everything from basic tune-ups to complete overhauls — always with the goal of getting you rolling again quickly and safely.
Standard Repairs
- Complete bicycle tune-ups and drivetrain cleaning
- Flat tire repair and inner tube replacement
- Brake adjustments and cable replacement
- Gear and derailleur adjustments
- Wheel truing and bearing service
E-Bike Service Policy
We perform mechanical work on most electric bicycles — such as tire changes, brake service, and drivetrain adjustments. However, electronic or battery-related service is limited to the e-bike brands we sell and support (Aventon, Velotric, Rayvolt, Blaupunkt, and a few others).
We do not work on:
- Electric motorcycles
- Electric scooters
- E-bikes purchased elsewhere
We make this distinction to ensure quality, safety, and quick turnaround for our customers — not because we don’t want to help. Many e-bikes purchased online are unsupported by their original sellers or lack replacement parts, making proper repairs impossible.
Labor Rates & Turnaround
Our shop labor rate is $65 per hour . Estimates are provided before work begins. Most standard repairs are completed within 24 hours, but actual turnaround depends on workload and parts availability.
Bike Pickup & Storage
Once your repair is complete, please plan to pick up your bike promptly. We’re a small French Quarter shop — not a storage facility — and cannot retain bikes for extended periods.
