Shipping & Delivery
Areafocus, Inc. (dba RideTHISbike.com) ships merchandise worldwide. For domestic shipments, packages are typically delivered via Fedex or UPS Ground. For APO/FPO shipments, we make every effort to use the U.S. Postal Service. Shipping bikes internationally can be very expensive and is not included in our pricing. For international shipments, we suggest that you consider the services of a shipping consolidator. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Customer is responible for all charges incurred if merchandise is returned. (Please see return policy).

Return Policy
Upon delivery of your merchandise, you have a week to determine whether it is to your satisfaction. If you decide to keep the merchandise, do nothing. If you wish to return it, email a digital copy of your receipt to RideTHISbike.com. Use the RideTHISbike.com email address listed at the base of this webpage and title the message "Notice of intent to return". You must ship the merchandise back to RideTHISbike.com within 7 days of sending the notification email. The merchandise must be returned to RideTHISbike.com in the original shipping carton and packing materials. Once the product is returned, it will be inspected for damage. If there is no damage, you will be issued a complete refund. If there is damage, the cost of returning the bike to new, sellable condition will be deducted from your refund.
